| Your profile says 14-day induction...are you doing extended induction? Many people lose better on OWL rung 1.

| Congrats on the loss luna! Like Julie said, moving to OWL or up an OWL rung works for a lot of people. Another thing that seems to help me is just changing my routine...adding a new veggie or legal food or changing my exercise routine. Good luck in figuring it out! Don't get depressed - you'll get it!! |
