Great work!! ![]() Have you decided when you are going to move to the main weightloss phase of Atkins (ongoing weight loss/OWL) and start to see how many carbs you can eat and still lose weight? Remember, Dr Atkins expected us to be at the 3rd phase (premaintenance) when we have between 5 and 10 pounds left to lose so you need to allow time to do OWL properly before that.
