Default I need some motivation

I've been doing well. I've lost 14 pounds because I've been sticking to the plan. The good news is that I got a wonderful new boyfriend. The bad news is that it is so easy to cheat when we're out to dinner or hanging out with friends. He is very supportive of what I'm doing but I find myself wanting to be like everyone else and have margaritas and nachos - my favorite.

I need some motivation and support. I've got 22 pounds to go. Maybe. I am actually getting pretty small so I don't know if my 120 pound goal is realistic. I know that I definitely want to get to 130 and then I will reevaluate.

Help! Why am I doing this again?

Firstly congratulations on those 14 pounds discarded

Secondly, congratulations on your new relationship

Thirdly, had you thought it might now be time to move on from the tightly restricted choices on induction and start to climb the carbohydrate ladder? Being able to choose from a wider variety of foods as we can on OWL makes social occasions much easier to cope with and stick to plan without looking too different from people eating 'normally'.

Hang in there. It is so easy to put on weight again. You have to be strong.
And Yes in OWL you can have a lot of stuff in moderation so that is a really good suggestion.
