Default Moving to OWL .. and a new weigh in! YAY!

Okay guys!

I'm getting ready to move to OWL. I had a stumble a few days ago while eating carrots with my salad. Shoot me.

Anyway, today was my weigh in. I've lost an additional 7 pounds!!!!! I'm so excited. This is so much motivation for me. I've moved from 266 to 259. I'm going to keep going.

I'll soon be in onderland!

Updating my signatures and tickers now.

One question - is hummus allowed during OWL? I've been craving it badly.

Hummus is a chick pea mixture. I love it. And yes it is allowed on OWL but only when you get to the legume rung - rung 6. Important to take time and carefully walk up those ladder steps.
Congratulation on more losses. You are such an inspiration James.
