| Great news ![]() Are you moving to OWL now as it makes you less than 20 pounds to your goal weight (if I am reading your stats correctly)? Remember Dr Atkins expected us to be past the second phase of Atkins (OWL) and ready for the third one (premaintenance) when we have between 5 and 10 pounds left, and OWL is much easier to do the further away from your goal you start.

| IT is sooooo nice to hear that you broke through!! There is Hope for me then!!! I eat some stuff that I was not suppose this weekend - because I get so upset about losing 13 pounds in 7 weeks and I lost 12 of those 13 pounds in the first 2 weeks... your story helps me think that there is hope .... AND I will keep on!! thanks for sharing !!!! |

| I'm glad that it helped you, just stick to it and try to drink as much water as you can and watch your sodium intake, I was eating too much food with lots of sodium in it and I really think thats what messed me up, but you can do it, just stick to it. |
