| WHen i'm craving something sweet i whip up some heavy cream and put a little dash of cocoa. It tastes like Chocolate Ice cream! |

| I go with Laurenfra's suggestion. And if you do what Moochie does, i.e. freeze them in small 'sweets' and eat them frozen, they're so yummy... they melt slowly in your mouth....mmmmm

| I have found buying the creamy version of ricotta cheese is great for chocolate mousse (splenda and UW cocoa). Also, I love SF peanut butter!

| I mix a tablespoon of cocoa powder with 2-3 tablespoons cream, a packet of splenda and stir it together. It thickens great if you stir for a little bit, and then I put little dots on wax paper and put in the freezer. Divide the carbs up between how many dots you made.
