| Carbohydrate digestion begins in the mouth, so just because you purged it does not mean part of those sugars did not affect your blood glucose/insulin levels. About meals and eating times. On Atkins, we eat when hungry or when 6 hours have passed since our last meal. If someone is hungry at 9 am, 1 pm, 4 pm and 9 pm today, it does not mean you'll be hungry at the same time, nor does it mean the other person will be hungry again tomorrow at exactly the same times. In general, I have a meal or snack, depending on how hungry I am, every 4 hours. But that's just me... Exercise. Depends on my mood lately. Most often I do yoga, stability ball, running, biking and weights. Some days I do exercise videos, like the 30-Day Shred or Billy Blanks' Tae Bo videos. PS: This was posted in the OWL forum, so I moved in to Extended Induction, since this is where you are with your diet.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Shalisa So sorry to hear this. Are you getting help for your problem Shalisa. I think this is something a person should have help and councelling with. I wish you all kind of luck and a much better day today. Weight fluctuate quite a bit particuarly for us gals due to hormonal issues and it is not unusual to see an up on the scale. Are you saying that you think you may be under eating? That is not good as you have to deal with hunger and binging if that happens. Regular meals that make you full is what you are going for. A typical day for meals for me may be Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 bacon (sugar free), 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar with a small mushroom, tiny bit of green onion and a bit of red pepper scramble Lunch: One can of tuna with mayo and a small salad (1 1/4 cup) with olive oil and vinegar dressing Supper: meat/fish/shrimp (about 6-8oz) with a veggie. I make sure to drink plenty of water between the meals. If I want snack I have some boiled egg with a bit of mayo. I exercise regularly but only what I feel natural for me. What do you like to do Shalisa?
