| Hi there! Looks to me like you're missing 1 cup of veggies. In induction you are supposed to eat 3 cups per day. These can be either three cups of salad (don't choose all lettuce as it doesn't have much nutritional value... choose other raw salad veggies too), or you can have two cups of salad plus one cup of "other" veggies on the induction legal list (see the FAQs and stickies in induction forum). It's best to spread your veggies throughout the day rather than eating them all in one meal, so as to avoid a blood sugar surge. I'd also check your mayo for hidden sugars, if you haven't already done that. Happy losing!

| thank you. I just figured that since I was having brocolli it was considered more than regular lettuce so I only have been having max 2 cups a day. |

| The rule is always 3 cups. Two (or three)cups from the list called salad veggies (but you do not have to eat a salad) If you ate only two cups from the salad list you can have one cup from the other list. It looks like you ate 2 cups from the other list - which you are not supposed to do. Now that one cup was just spinach so it was not a big deal. If it had been onions - it would be worse.
