| Well vitamins may have sugars or starches in them. It will say on the label. Not sure if that would be your issue. What are you eating typically?

So ... I would weigh myself on Monday ... I would stay the same, or even have a bump up. Then I would have a drop on Tuesday or Wednesday ... and a little more during the rest of the week. And then come Monday ... I would have another bump "up". Now, since I was also charting this, I knew that my weight loss TREND was downward ... and that's all that matters. I know that some people become a slave to the scale, and define their success by what the scale says ... but I just liked to collect the data. On any given day there can be a variable ... or even on any given week. It's certainly true that vitamins may have sugars and/or starches ... I'm just wondering how much would actually be in those little pills? Seeing a few days typical eating and fluids would more likely tell the tale.

| Does cellulose = starch? I changed to new vitamins 2 weeks ago. Haven’t gained weight but haven’t lost either. I’m also on some meds for intestinal problems which are making me retain water. I’m losing inches though. I’m getting in clothes I hadn’t worn in years. |
