| If you use the USDA site to look things up, you'll see that a large egg is 0.39 net carbs. Different size eggs have different carb counts. >>I made mine with 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons cream and 1 packet (teaspoon) of splenda with a little vanilla.>> 3 large eggs would be 1.17 net carbs; 2 Tbs. heavy cream is .825 net carbs, one packet of Splenda is 0.9 net carbs and 1 tsp. of vanilla is 0.53 net carbs. That totals up to 3.425 net carbs. Note that a packet of Splenda is not 1 teaspoon ... so if you used 1 tsp. of granular Splenda, the net carbs for that tsp. was 0.5 net carbs (24 net carbs per cup). Hope that helps.

| wow that is way less than I was counting for carbs! I'm really glad eggs are not one carb, that is great. and I was counting 1 tbsp of cream as one which is more than I should have been. I didn't realize one packet of splenda wasn't one teaspoon, not sure where i picked that one up. thanks for the info. |

| You're welcome. The USDA site is www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ and you can download it to your PC here: Nutrient Data Products and Services
