Re: Question about counting carbs | | Carbohydrate digestion begins in the mouth, so part of the carbohydrates you ate were absorbed. However, in these circumstances, I wouldn't worry about those 6 carbs (or whatever was absorbed of them) and would eat more veggies if possible. You might do better with some soup; add pureed veggies to it. And eat smaller meals more often.
