| Omit or cut back on the carrots and it should be ok. I have been thinking of something like this but adding some meat to it, or zucchini. Its perfect weather for soup/stew type of stuff here. |

| Not only cut back on the carrots; omit them. They are not allowed until OWL Rung 8. The other veggies can be adjusted as you wish.

| I logged one servings worth of the ingredients minus the carrots and the chicken broth in fitday.com and it worked out to 5.8 net grams per serving. A commercial chicken broth might have carbs but home-made broth, from chicken bones simmered in water, could be counted as no carbs.
