Lost 3 pounds in two days!

I usually only weigh myself once a week on Wednesday, but yesterday, I was feeling so light, I couldn't resist the scale. I lost one pound, got on today, I lost another 2 pounds! After we ate that Easter candy my DH & I decided to do another clean induction, no frankenfoods of any kind and only water to drink, it has really paid off! I have lost 13 pounds and he has lost 20!

congrats When we do it Dr Atkins way the pounds and inches keep coming off.
