| How many veggies have you been eating? Your signs sounds good so it is heading the right direction You may have to cut down if you are eating a lot but normally ketosis acts as appetite repressant. How much do you think you are eating? Check for hidden sugars (in sausages, bacon, deli meats, rotissery chicken, fast foods) These can trip you up as easily as anything. Limit dairy. When I go hard core (which I sometimes do) it means to me - drink nothing but water - no sweeteners, very little dairy, clean meats, three cups of veggies. Good luck.

| One way to get more veggies is to put them in dishes you are preparing.....There are some great soup recipes on Linda's site that can really up your veggie intake. Also, meatloaf or stuffed peppers is a great way to "hide" a few veggies. By "hardcore" I hope you mean more by the book and not away from the book!! Good luck.

| Lets see, I drink nothing but water and decaf unsweetend tea. I've been very faithful on that.I have stayed away from as many proccessed meats as posible. My veggies are the problem. Some days I get the amount in but then other days I don't. I try to have lettuce around. I just bought some zuchini last nite. And I have some steam bag green beans in the freezer. I'm just not creative when it comes to cooking veggies. I did make some jicama fries the other day that were very good. Even my wife was impressed. I read someone doing crockpot meals, so I think I will head in that direction too. I need to read more on Lindas site for more veggie recipes.

| More veggies sounds good - Do you take some vitamins too? How about exercise? Have you started to introduce some? Sounds like you are working it though. Keep going.

| Yes I have been taking vitamens. No I haven't been exercising. I need to do that. I'm sure if I do that the weight will come off better.

| Well......I know what my problem is. I am getting to many carbs. I signed up for fit day and every time I get on it I can't figure it out. So I got frustrated and never went back to it. I was just adding in my head what I thought my carb count was. But, today I was determined to figure out how to use fit day and you know what. I could just bang my head. I found how to use it and it was so easy. I have no idea why I couldn't get it when I signed up. So I entered what I already had this morning and I am already at 13 grams. Hot damn. I didn't think I was anywhere close to that. So that has to be why I haven't been losing like I thought I should be. So now that I have that figured out I think it will be smoother sailing from here. Thanks for letting me vent and write down my thoughts. I really like this place and the people that come here. Here's to you guys.
