| With 10 lbs to go you should be in premaintenance (so the book argues) so it is definitely time to move over to OWL and start planning for life. You lost just fine on induction it looks like - you are a perfect candidate. Just take OWL slow and begin by adding more veggies. Congratulations with your progress

| You should do OWL according to the OWL schedule - Not add everything at once. So you start just by adding 5 carbs of veggies (first week) Then you can move to trying some dairy (that should at least take two weeks - I spent a month there) and then nuts. This is so that you can feel the impact of each food in the food group seperatly. If you mix them up, you cannot tell what is affecting you. There is an OWL ladder and we Climb it - one step at a time.

| Whatever it gives you? It is not about the loss, it is about learning how to eat for life. You are already within healthy BMI and it may not be realistic to lose a lot every week. Cut out the things you added and stick with veggies for now (You had one cup of cottage cheese? - you can only add a new food in 5 carb increments) If you do not have the book, go to the OWL forum and read the stickies on how to OWL You will not regret doing this - it is a great way to find out how to maintain the low weight you are aiming for.
