| A low carb wrap is not allowed on Induction. You could make an egg casserole at home (then you could include vegetables) and microwave a chunk at work. You could, of course, eat breakfast at home ... and then have a snack at work.

| I bring breakfast every morning, there are so many options: - 2 hb eggs mixed with a little mayo, on celery - pre-made omelette or crustless quiche - deviled eggs - actually anything leftover from the night before You don't need to limit yourself to eggs good luck

| I like making the quiches like broccoli and cheese. They're induction friendly and reheat well for breakfast. Linda's low carb site has several different recipes. |

| If you move to OWL, you'll open up many more options for delicious breakfasts. Milk, yogurt, nuts, berries, and that's just up to Rung 4! |

| >>I know... low carb wrap is not allowed =( but i will go insane if i follow induction to a T on extended.>> A good reason not to stay on an extended Induction. And since a low carb wrap is made from grains, it's not allowed until the grains rung of OWL. If your stats are correct, and you have only 30 more pounds until goal, you should absolutely positively be on OWL. You can't get to maintenance without going through OWL!

| I see what you guys are saying but.. if i eat an occasional wrap.. but still follow.. extended is that bad? I do much better on extended, but being 100% on extended is hard.. I don't eat nuts, yogart or berries.. etc.. |

| I don't know about "bad" . It is not really extended induction though and many people who start to add back an occasional food just like that just end up on a slippery slope before they know it. So just be careful. For breakfast you could microwave some left overs some times if you like. If you brought a blender you could make an egg cream shake. Nuts, berries and yogurt make a good breakfast - I have that once in awhile

| >>I see what you guys are saying but.. if i eat an occasional wrap.. but still follow.. extended is that bad?>> Well, it's not following extended Induction, for one thing. You're eating a food that is best saved for pre-maintenance, so that's not good. It seems to me that you have an "addiction" to the wraps ... if you can't give them up now. >>being 100% on extended is hard.. I don't eat nuts, yogart or berries..>> Then don't do extended. Atkins isn't about staying on Induction your whole life. What do you mean you don't eat nuts, yogurt or berries ... do you mean ever or just now. Bottom line ... low carb wraps are not appropriate now ... and they won't be for some time.
