CHALLENGES: Walking - 1.25/25 miles Pushups- 540/800 Ab- 300/600 Squats- 600/1100 ![]() 351 High Weight - down 75 from there Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006 STARTED ATKINS AT 318 ON 7/5/09 MINI-GOALS 1st - 299 - 9/1/09! 2nd - 285 (least since '93) - 10/19/09! 3rd - 278 -(minus 40 on Atkins, 73 total) - 11/11/09! 4rd - 271 (minus 80, halfway to goal, no longer 'morbidly obese' per BMI) - 5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) - 7th - 241 (minus 110) 8th - 231 (minus 120) 9th- 225 (college athletics weight) - 10th - 199 (onederland ) FINAL GOAL - ? - 192 estimated/ 36" waist |

| Ran across another post you might be interested in - Go to the ATKINS LOW CARB SUCCESS STORIES forum and look at "19 Pounds in 3 Weeks" by LighterStep - He is a trucker and is eating exclusively from truck stops, chain restaurants, and fast food places by necessity. I still advise eating home cooking as much as possible, but there are some ideas there for food on the go when it is necessary. Hope you are still going strong!

| HI! One of my Favorite Fast food meals which worked great for me was either chicken or steak soft tacos from taco bell, a few ofcourse, then empty the guts into a bowl and VIOLA!!! a great tasty salad Um other fast food ideas is ofcourse the burgers with no bun in which I ate alot. My fav though for dinner was applebees steak and grilled shrimp yum yum...with vegis rather than potatoes Anyways, Good luck hon! Hope your success is Great |
