| Thanks! I am definitely going to think about starting OWL on Monday since tomorrow is the last day of my 2 week induction, plus Sunday is always grocery day so I can gear up for the week's menus. |

| Think about it??? How do you figure that an extra 5 net carbs per day of Induction vegetables will hurt you?

| <<I feel that I do good with my veggies.<< How many net carbs per day are you getting? Atkins is more about the vegetables than anything else ... regardless of what phase you're in, having more than 50% of your daily net carbs coming from appropriate vegetables is good.

| After reading the Two Week Essentials chapter on "Are you ready to move on?", I have decided to do induction until I am at 128 pounds. My goal weight is 118, maybe 115, and I am at 137 right now. I read in the "Two Week" book that I can add nuts at this point without going on to OWL. That's my plan and I'm stickin' to it! |
