I love pizza! As a matter of fact, pizza and jasmine rice are the only things I miss on a low carb diet. I finally gave it a go to cauliflower rice and I am loving it!
Now the pizza crust. I have tried the one with cream cheese and it's too eggy for me. The one with almond meal is too crumbly. And I am not keen on flax meal.
So searching online I found this pizza joint with excellent reviews http://www.eshticken.com/ with a zero carb crust. So I got curious to know how on Earth they managed to have a zero carb crust and voila, searching a little further and I found out it is made out of chicken!
Then I found some recipes online and I am keen on trying when I am allowed to which will be soon hopefully
