| OK, so how about following Atkins the way it was written and see if you feel better? Reading the book would be a good start, or st least the stickies at the top of these forums...3 cups of veggies/day, an iron-free multivitamin, max 3-4oz cheese / day, minimum 1/2 daily carbs from veggies... Also make sure that you are eating enough and drinking a minimum of 64oz water / day.

During Induction, you eat three cups of vegetables (as Julie wrote), but only one cup at most can come from the other vegetables list. All these details and more are explained in the FAQs. | Think I could find that book at a Library? For now I will check out the FAQs, I just wanted everyones opinion (which seems to be the same... read the book). By the way I also regularly take 1 - 2 mg of Alprozalam. |

| If you're at your goal weight as you say, why don't you just slowly progress up the rungs starting with extra vegetables? I'm almost certain that extra vegetables won't make a toned stomach turn into jello.
