Almost exactly 6 months from the day I started I have hit my goal!!

62 pounds are now gone, never to return

I will post some details later about "how I did it"
And I'll try to get a true "after" picture up there.

I'm 6 monthes now too but just but only 2/3rd's to my goal

Glad you did it; You inspire me & I'm sure others to keep up the WOL
