Default Thanks to all the support on here!

I have transformed my body in less than four months, all thanks to www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com and Dr. Atkins. I really committed myself to this diet and I have succeeded. I no longer crave and want the sodas and junk food that I used to abuse in my life. Whenever I had questions, everyone helped me immensely. I have now structured my diet to suit my needs as I have now joined a gym and attend everyday. I eat carbs now but the good carbs.

Of course, I am not saying that I will never have a piece of junk food again...I will, but I will treat it as a treat, where before it was common in my diet. Also, during the 4 month battle in which I won victoriously, I didn't follow the diet to the T. One day in September, I had a large popcorn at the movie theater. A couple of times in October, I had a taco salad with the shell! I am human, but I cheated smartly. I dind't allow myself to lose to my cravings. I weighed myself every day and watched the weight fluctuate like the stock market.

Now, like I said before, I have joined a gym and ride an exercise bike for 45 minutes to an hour daily, burning 600+ calories and then doing some resistance training. When I lift, I see veins in my arms and shoulders...they were covered with fat before. I feel energized and love how people tell me everyday how skinny I am....ME...SKINNY!!!

I am also thinking of writing a book about my life...before Atkins and after Atkins and how people change and how the diet works and all of that because it truly is unbelievable. I have never cared about food and nutrition as much as a do now. If anyone has any questions or needs any help, emotionally or physically, please feel free to PM me. I am interested in being a moderator as well...because I know all about this diet and feel I can help anyone...

Remember, it does work and it is unbelievable how you feel when hit your goal.
