How much fat?

Hi I have been on atkins for about 6 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. My question is how much fat should I be eating per day. Don't think I am having enough. I keep reading in here how important it is to the diet.

thanks jackie told me to go to fitday. i just finished doing that and i am in the range for fat at least for today. i will continue to go there so i can get a better handle on it. thanks
