Default You are all Successes

I just have to say this is a thread for people that have succeeded in doing Atkins and in changing their lives. If you think of it we all are a sucess story in ourselves. For even trying this out. Sure it may not work the first time and we may slip up but as long as you are doing your best with just a few slip ups why not call yourself a sucess.

In deciding to start this WOL you are a success. Do not ever think you a failure in what ever you do. For whatever you do in your life as long as you learn something from that experience then it is a success.

Come on in tell your story may it be only ten pounds or 100 pounds lost. The encouraging words of others help others succeed in their endevor.

Every once in a while come in and add to your sucess story... in the end when you reach that goal or perhaps fall off that wagon you can come back and read your thread or anothers inspirational thread and feel good about what you have done or what you are doing.......

As a well known person on this BB says this is not luck this is work and a way of living. So as she does I will not wish anyone luck.... Just that you keep doing what you are doing and feel you are doing your best......

And old saying is no one is a loser... HECK WE ARE ALLLLLLLLLLLL LOSERS AND WE LOVE IT.........

:P You said it, Christie! I have been on atkins for 26 days now, and have lost 22 1/2 lbs. I still have 65 more to go, and I know I can do it! I feel successful already, just knowing that I have stuck to this for 26 days. Thanks to all for the great support and encouragment that we all get from the ADBB. Keep up the good work. I CAN DO IT!!!! :P

Yes Christie I agree too. I've been doing the Atkins diet since the middle of March and I've lost 30 pounds. I just can't believe it. I keep checking to make sure I am not having a beautiful dream. I've sit around for the past several years half heartedly doing fad diets as they come and go and never really losing over 5 pounds and gaining back 10 in its place. But, to actually know that the pounds are dropping off and I feel confident that I will make it to my goal weight of 145. I am so happy.

Default Thank you!

I am always encouraged by the support and sharing in here! It is fun to read about peoples success! And hear how much better they are feeling. I have been at this for a little over 5 weeks and have lost 17lbs! I am averaging about 2lbs a week and am very pleased w/ that. I have gone from a 16/18 to a 12/14 in pants!!

My goal is to lose another 38lbs and I have faith that I will!! Oh and since starting the Atkins lifestyle I have had no issues w/ fatigue or any hypoglycemic episodes!!!

Enjoy your precious moments today!!
