| It's very hard to say. Yes, weight loss will slow down. You could lose 4lbs a week, you could lose 1lb a week. It depends on your metabolism. HOWEVER! If you're going to exercising loads, you will be gaining muscle to replace your fat cells, so although the scales may say that you're not losing weight, guarenteed if you measure yourself instead, you'll see results. I lost 28lbs in the first 6 weeks, and 2 months on, I've not lost anything else. But I've still gone down 2 dress sizes.

| There's really no way of knowing, how fast or slow a person will lose weight. What we should be looking at more than the scale #'s, is the inches that are melting away, and how are clothes fit, and especially fitting into lower sizes. Just follow what you are doing faithfully, drink your water, exercise, stay according to plan, and you will get fabulous results!!! |

| 15lbs is not impossible if you have 60 more pounds to lose. It seems you're realistic about yoru ideal weight, unless you are quite short. If you are 5'2" then you probably have to get down below 125lbs - but if at the minimum you currently weigh 185lbs you could easily do 15lbs. As you get smaller your caloric needs decrease (simple physics) so weight loss usually slows as a result. Keep in mind also that in the first 2 weeks you've lost about 10lbs of water/glycogen so at the least you probably have another 70lbs to lose. 15lbs AVERAGE for the next 4 months can be done Luc
