Thanks, its nice to see you all again! just stopped by for a little motivation, and conversation with those who understand this WOL. listening to the rest of the world tell me I'm going to die if I keep eating this way, gets old? Well I haven't died yet..lol ! I've been doing it so long now, I don't remember any other way..lol. though I do occasionally allow myself one sinfully decadent desert every few weeks or so
