Lol, I cry at everything its funny, I cry then laugh.
I got on the scale and it went down to 277.4, an all asudden i just started balling. It is funny in a way but I sat there and thought of what I am becomming, and how many people that have came up to me to tell me I am doing good. My confidence in myself, the fact that I am not afraid to turn down food when it is offerd and offerd. The control I have now.

My advice to anyone new is dont think, do... even if your not succeeding as fast as you want to, your better off then where you started. I still look back at my first post here, one I will never forget and changed my life. The day I saw the light and how people could be so supportive. These people who didnt even know me were telling me to drop the KD start now etc.

So many people inspire me everyday. Jas is like a shinning star shes there at every low moment I have shes a true blessing. When I look at cleo I see myself in the future, she was where I was. I always giggle when I see a topic and feel like saying..patients 2big will be around to tell you whats what. She has everything down to a key. Wanna will make you laugh, she tells it how it is:P so many other great people I love it. (sorry cant mention everyone I am going long enough in my ramble)

A girl from work who is lager then myself, I know her mostly cause she loves to bake and brings treats around to everyone and we started talking a bit, yesturday she looks at me and shes like you look amazing what are you doing? I looked at her funny, like what do you mean, shes like your losing weight and your not eatting my baking no more lol. So I was like OHHH! and I told her about the 'diet'. So I told her all about it and shes so interested. I am going to see if we talk more about it and if shes really serious I am going to buy her the book as a pressent for motivation. It would be nice to watch this plan impact another like myself and be able to help them.

Anyways I ramble alot, you all are amazing, fabulous, beautiful people inside and out.

It's quite a ride, isn't it?

And not just the smooth kind of brand-new minivan ride. It's the kind where you're white knuckling it, with your hair blown straight back, your shoes flying off and the wind blowing bugs straight up your nose.

But man, what a ride.

Okay, go ahead, make the old lady bawl! Jen, YOU are the shining star, you sweet girl. YOU are doing this, and it's not for anyone else. You stick out and shine like a great big beacon in the dark and yes, you motivate ME! I sometimes feel guilty, and I try never to complain about how far I have to go, because so many of you have a longer, much harder trek ahead of you. Never give up Jen, because I will NEVER give up on you and your beautiful place.

If you don't get anything else out of the ride, you HAVE to know that even before this diet, you were beautiful, not only on the inside, but the outside. Weight loss doesn't make you, the determination and strength to DO WHAT IT TAKES to get the weight off is the true test of what you're made of, and to me, you're made of gold! Solid, 24 karat gold!

hehe, oh yeah one He** of a ride for sure. and I got much more to go. haha @ bugs in nose cleo:P But the proof it is worth it is in you guys.

Jas Your a sweetheart though and through. As for trying not to complain about yours, we all have losses big and small and no matter what were all in the same boat floating along together. So dont feel guilty, share it! It feels so good to say what you think without wondering. Good or bad...Weither it is 2 or 200 we all need to lose something or nothing but were here like a big family:P

2big, thanks...yeah it feels good to impact someone the way you guys do. Home or on the board, your a wonderful inspiration.
