| There are lots of things that might be going on, but first, post what you ate today and yesterday. How much water did you drink and what are you doing for exercise and how long. Have you gone up the OWladder and if so where are you. Are you in ketosis Have you measured yourself and are you losing inches, remember scales are evil and we normally try to ignore them. |

| Believe me, I am in the same place and I know how frustrating it can be. I was reading in another forum where people go 6-8 weeks without losing anything and then wake up one morning and have lost "several" pounds. I keep hoping that it will happen to me too. Well, good luck and just hang in there, your weight lose will start again soon! Gayle |
