You are an inspiration, Heidi, you too Kent, as are all the 'goalies' here. You show those of us still on the journey to goal what CAN be acheived, real people doing it, not some unreal 'personality' in a magazine who we know can afford to have a trainer and exercise all day. (I saw that Madonna works out for 6 hours a day plus yoga and meditation - no one who has a real job can do that!)

I hope I look half as good as you once I am at goal.
