Great job. I agree, that getting back on the wagon is 1/2 the battle. My other struggle is having patience. The first time I did Atkins, I lost a full pound almost every single day. This time around, I am doing it so much slower, that its hard to stick with it when the scale isn't as friendly as it used to be! |

The scale is so unfriendly the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around. It does make it hard. |

i read that for some it is, and i see some people posting say that they didnt notice a difference, i'll let you know in 2 weeks. danny

My success story before falling off the wagon. 
. From 07/15/04 to thankgiving of '04 I went from 345 to 272 but fell off for thanksgiving and never made it back on. I'm back and redicated now.
