| Great job. I agree, that getting back on the wagon is 1/2 the battle. My other struggle is having patience. The first time I did Atkins, I lost a full pound almost every single day. This time around, I am doing it so much slower, that its hard to stick with it when the scale isn't as friendly as it used to be! |

| i read that for some it is, and i see some people posting say that they didnt notice a difference, i'll let you know in 2 weeks. danny
