So far I've lost 3 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my hips, an inch from around my bicep and forearm, an inch from around my thighs and calves. Yippee!  |

I went from a 44 to a 36 so far. I want to hit at least 32.

I went from 44 down to 32 inch trousers.

I went from a waist 30 to I think 27-28 ... though my jeans I went only from 7-5 ... my behind is always big even though I'm at 120 right now

I went from a size 48 waist to a 32/33. I would like to get down to a size 30 if possible, but I am not sure my bone structure will allow it without looking funny (broad chest). - Tom

Hi! I started the day after Easter this year. I was wearing a tight 46 trouser, a stretched beyond it's limit 46 belt, and weighed 295 pounds. It's been a little over 3 months, I now wear a loose 40 trouser, a 42 belt, and I weigh 243 pounds! Life is soooooo good!! Can't wait to see what 3 more months bring!! Woo Hoo!!

i've gone from a size 44 waist to a size 31-32 since august 2005. i'm shooting for a 29 and or 28 if possible. |

I would call that a bunch ..you pick a number!!! ...I am not measuring because no number will ever be the one I want... but I think it looks ok!!!
