| Those are fabulous numbers for your first week Carbaholic! Congrats, your work is paying off. It's funny how it happens sometimes, if you're doing anything at all in the way of exercise, and just sometimes for seemingly no reason, you'll lose inches and not pounds, but it's ALL steps forward, so keep going, and you'll be at goal before you know it! Just remember, measure AND weigh, I'm glad you're doing both, because progress is progress, whatever form it comes in!

| My measurements are going alright. I suppose. I'm pretty much down to a 32, just waiting for it to get a little looser in the crotch area, so I can go back to wearing boxers when I wear those "tighter" pants. Granted, I look pretty darn good in boxer briefs. I know my measurements aren't going to get very much smaller, so I guess it's pretty safe to start buying myself a new wardrobe. Oh, and medium shirts make me look buff. Problem is, I don't really want to look buff. I want to look slender. I'm cut! With a butter knife! |
