Thank you Atkins!!

I always had a problem with my weight but as i grew older i got progressively bigger. In January 2006 i reached my heaviest weight of 220lbs. I couldn't fit into my clothes, was always tired and worst of all i felt bad about myself.
I realised that i needed to do something about it or else i would hate myself. I started Akins on the 6th of January 2006 with a promise to myself never to give up no matter how hard or tempted i might be.

I'm still on that long road to success but i'm proud to say that to date i have lost 42 pounds and counting... not only have i lost weight it is how it has melted off that is amazing.. my tummy is so much flatter which gives me an awesome shape in clothes...

I know i havent been a constant contributor here but i know in my heart I would never have done it without this board bcos of the constant love and support i've witnessed.

Oh congratulations! Isn't it amazing?! I wish I had your determination - such a strong will, to have stuck to it since January, and your weight loss is astounding. I hope to be as successful as you in the not-so-distant future. Keep going at it! You're worth it. And I can assure you we'd all love it if you'd chat more. Feel free to be an active poster here! I'd recommend starting a journal or joining a committment/exercise challenge.

Thank u guys.... for all the support and encouragement. I'm glad to let u know that i'm still losing and as soon as i have some decent pics i'll post them.
