| Yes. When you lose inches, there is a good chance that you lost 2 pounds, because of muscle gain. Muscle is denser than fat, so weight isn't as big an issue, because looking great and feeling great are the most important parts of this WOE. Make sure that you don't get obsessed with the scale. We don't want to see you disappoint yourself, because that number may not go down for weeks at a time, and then, *poof* You're a size 00 (yes, I know, I wish I was a 00 also, and yes, I know I'm a guy and it isn't possible) Stick with it, and you'll get where you're going. It may not be the fastest process, but the important thing is that you get there. |

| Congrats on the 2 inches and your hubby's 10 pounds, that is so great! Everything counts, you're still shrinking, so you're doing a great job.
