I have just finished my first week of iduction and 6.8lbs are gone!!!!

Oh, I can remember, it's in my signature! 7 kgs (15 1/4 lbs) the first week and 4 kgs (8 1/2 lbs) the second. For a toal of 11 kgs or about 25 lbs. It was like a revelation. BUT, please keep in mind the fact that I had over 70 kgs (150+lbs) to lose overall. And it was a HUGE lifestyle change, I went from eating potatoes and bread at almost every meal, and very little green veges, plus I loved my chocolate and had a glass or 2 of wine every night, to a strict induction menu, and I really stuck to it. Atkins works, and very well too. And this is my first ever try at low carb, so the resulkts were really optimum for me.

Im at 6 1/2 lbs right now but its only been 4 days. Last time I lost 9 the first week and Im doing this as a vegetarian!

I remember I lost 5lbs in the first week and 4.5 in the second for a total of 9.5lbs on induction. It was an enLIGHTening experience!

I lost 14 lbs durring induction! I was amazed at how much clearer my thinking was too! this is an awesome wol!

WOW Thats awesome, What did you eat to lose so much in 3 days. And I thought I lost a lot back in august lol, I lose 20 in 14 days when I started august 14th 2006 Of course I messed up and went off the diet and gain 5 pounds back because I was on the diet on and off. wow!!!! thats sooooo encouraging! I have to say...ive been back on track now for 3 days and I already feel better...i stepped on the scale this morning and it says im down 4 already!!! I realize that is mostly water...but hey...im really motivated! Thanks to your posts, im even more motivated...I love the way I feel staying away from all those carbs!!
