40 Lbs!

It's been 2 months and counting and I am down 40lbs! With this diet and nightly jogging, I can't believe how much is gone!

Congratulations!!!! Pick up two 20-pound bags of dog food and you will see just how amazing that really is!! I always go to the grocery store to measure my success...it puts your weight loss into a visual that will blow your mind. You have done fantastic!!!

I know exactly how you feel... last week I passed the 40 pound mark too. I have never lost 20 pounds before, let alone 40. It's an amazing feeling!

That I don't know. I know I want to get down to 220-210, and I am currently at 266 (was 310 when I started).

YES, I used to get 25 kg bags of horse nuts for my steeds, and I could barely lift ONE - and now I've lost 2 1/2 of them off my portly person. When you think of it that way it is a real eye opener.
