| so neat to read this gives me strengh and hope, doing well on induction.... i made it to goal and now have a new goal of 127 pounds and a size 6 about 90 pounds gone thanks to low carbing and a total of 164 total lost Quote:

| i am still a maintaing.... my size 10 are tight today, i stay between 139-149 pounds, if i go over 150 I cut out all sugar and flour, as of now, for the last 16 months i just watch what i eat. today i ate some junk but i really do try and do eat more healthy than i did 80 pounds heavier. thanks for all the privte messages and sorry i have not been around, i resinged from my job after being mentally stomped on for two years, i really think my supv was sooooo jealous that i lost and maintained, any way it was impossible to work for her anylonger and after 18 years, i got up and just walked out, i was fixing to go postal. lol now i am happy, free, making good money, but will have to give up the harley and file bankrupsy, she also made it impossible for me to get on at another police agency. i hate her and i really mean that... i have no plans to forgive her, she put me through **** and i am just now realizing it... any way thanks again and keep the pm coming, i miss you guys and will need to journal again... sharon

| Harley Lady, Thanks for the tip on frying the food with Cheese do you use any oil? I fry my food with nothing but i would love to try it with cheese |
