Certainly... I might have to put a link to dietaatkins.com in my next one. Thanks again to everyone for their awesome comments. I can not tell you guys enough how much appreciated this board and the support and encouragement I received here. I had my own inspirations to convince me it could be done, so as Bren says, "pay it forward..."

Thanks! you have no idea how this video helped me! I've been cast down the last 3 days because I dropped out of the diet, for no reason but lack of self control and sadness. Tomorrow I'm back on track again! God Bless you. Gi.
