| Thank you for a wonderful post! I am sure you are just "pumped" at finding out that along with loosing your weight you are adding years to your life! I am also at the 50 year age and looking down the road hopefully to a much healthier longer life. It is NEVER too late to make some much needed changes. I am sure your wife is proud of you too! | Congratulations. I am 56 and think that life is just glorious after two weeks on Atkins. Last time I did Atkins several years ago, I went right back to eating my old way...guess I just wasn't "mature" enough to realize that Atkins has to be a way of life. I also didn't have this BB. It has been a great help me. Congratulations to you and to your wife who is probably relieved that your old arteries are getting younger!!!! |
