I've been on the diet (WOE)

for 5 days as well. I didn't weigh myself the day I started, because I've been afraid of my scale for soooo many years. I weighed yesterday, and ugh. But I'm not cheating, and I'm a beautiful dark purple on my keto strips. I'm tracking my food on fitday.com, so that I can keep within the 65/30/5 ratio. Tomorrow, I take my measurements. I had been nibbling on nocarb chocolate bars every once in a while (a very little bit), but I'm sensing that I shouldn't do that. My tummy says

. I quit drinking caffeinated tea

used to drink it ALL day. Now decaf. But it hasn't been hard. I still eat at the table with BIG bread eaters, and it doesn't even bother me. I've found that I have to make sure I eat some days, because I feel SOOO full all the time. Not necessarily a good feeling. Could be all the water I'm drinking. Don't know. Haven't gotten into an excersize routine, but I will...I promise

Just wanted to pop in and say hi, and let you know that there are others out here that just started as well.
