Maybe I spelled the title wrong, I don't know.

As you can seem in my signature, I am not at goal. That's not what this post is about. I had a lipid panel done, on request from my doctor, to chec my triglycerides. They used to be out of control, like +300.

Well... I'm down. A lot. To 154. That's only 4 points off from the average/normal/recommended level of 150!!!

Just thought I'd share. Atkins has obviously made a huge difference in my life.
