| Oh - Helena I took a leaf out of your book yesterday at the gym!! When I use the 'spa bath' after working out I usually just sit there soaking in the luxury but last night I was there on my own as there werent many people there and I exercised while sitting there!! For 5 minutes while the bubbles frothed around me I kicked my legs open and closed, crossing them in front of me very vigorously and my thighs really felt they had done an extra workout!! I thought about you doing your water exercises while I was doing this! I also did some situps while in the sauna!
