| Helena that is fantastic - 8 pounds is alot to lose!! My weight comes off very slowly also - I get excited when the scales moves a quarter of a pound!! And 2 and a half hours of excercise is quite an achievement - I only ever manage an hour! Well done, I'm so pleased for you jane x
