Heidi I just want to say you look ^#%@ing fabulous! I can not believe that you are 48--from that pic you have the body of a 20 yr old. I'm 25, and I think I have the body of a 60 year old... Very cool that you were able to lose so much weight and keep it off successfully! That is quite an accomplishment...truly inspirational. Way to go, Heidi!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations on 3 years of Atkins eating and 2 years maintaining your goal weight, Heidi! I am so glad you came back here as I really missed your photos of your 'diet food' Isnt it great to be able to eat lavishly and lose/not gain weight :clapping

You have rought tears to my eyes withthis thread, Heidie! I hope you inspire and motivate others as much asyou do me! +1 REP & 5 STARS for this thread!  No one is absolutely perfect....(not even me!  ). It's when you never truly give up a battle, and when if you've fallen, you always quickly get back up, that makes all the difference!!MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Oh My Gosh!!! i cannot believe what im seeing!!! you guys are so Great!!! i just signed up today and i am starting Low Carb this weekend for my New Years Resolution and looking at all of your pictures is such an inspiration!!! i cant believe how good you all look!!! i can't believe i have been on this website for almost 3 hours!!! reading and looking at pictures! i guess this is what all of us Newbies do huh? Thank You All So Much For The Pictures!!! You All Look Wonderful!!!
