I was an Atkins success story in a fairly big way: I went from 196 pounds to 130 pounds in less than a year by staying strictly to the Atkins diet. I had two cheat days, my birthday, October 29, and my anniversary, March 29.

That's my before and after photo for the last time around down there in my signature. Unfortunately, I didn't remember the lessons I learned in losing the weight, and I'm now back up to 173 pounds two years later. So I'm back on the diet, and back here at ADDB.

i understand how that feels. i had gotten down to 194ish.. and am currently riding the 236 mark.. =/ my highest weight was 250 =/
