Congrats! CHEZY! 10lbs in 1 week? Thats Great...!!! today is also the end of week 1 for me, but i chose not to weigh in until AFTER my 14 days of Induction are over... Dontcha Just Love This WOE??? Atkins IS like a Miracle...!!! Good Luck To You...!!! |

Well done Chezy! This is day 6 for me...have lost 6.5lbs so far...will weigh again on Monday!

Way to go babe!!  Keep up the awesome work..my husabnd and I just started induction today,we were going to start on Friday the 9th but I felt a little under the weather,but I'm full ahead on induction today....gotta love it.Anyway congrats and hope to chat with you soon. Kudos, boobearsmom |
