| I'm so glad you posted this! Some people think that Atkins can be done without exercise when the truth is that it's not only mandatory for the programme, but it makes such a difference. Congratulations to you!

| Excercie is key! Can't live without it! IF you are able to lose weight without it, you still won't look as healthy or feel as good as you could if you make it part of your life FOR life!

| Another plataue breaker for me is to buy a few entrees of nutrisystem dinners on eBay. I have learned that by eating one or two seem to really kick in my metabolism when I have done induction for a long time. Not sure why, but it really works for me. The meals are low in sugar but moderately high in carbs and under 300 calories. I would not do it for longer than a few days though. |
