Woooo! Well done Helen! That's a great loss. I know just what you mean about expecting it to be a drag....and it's such a suprise when it isn't!! I'm really excited about this journey I'm on and for once I feel in control! It's a fab buzz when cravings stop...When there's chocolate about(for example) I just turn it down without even thinking now....that was unheard of in the past! Anyway...I wish you continued success! Keep strong! Log on here at every chance you get....it really is a great support system here. Cathy XoXoX

YAY Helen!!! I think when you're in the right frame of mind about this WOE, it becomes ENJOYABLE! I am happy to say I'm in the same spot as you this time around, before I resented what I had to eat, this time I am embracing it, loving it, and losing better than ever. Good luck on your continued weight loss

Hi Helen! I bet with those 12 pounds gone you look a lot slimmer! Good job. Don't be afraid to move up to OWL...it's a lot more fun when you start adding food back in.

Thanks Morning Glory and SandyL 2002, I feel a lot better than I did, I am determined to continue on the Induction phase for as long as I can in order to drop the weight. My Son is getting married on July 14 this year so I want to get down as far as I possibly can. I have been doing and to music and for once I am feeling in control of what I eat rather than the allowing food cravings to control me!I am fed up with myself and feeling old, frumpy, and unfit. This Time I truly mean business! Thanks for your support.
