| Welcome aboard! A 20 lb loss in the first month is fantastic...congratulations. Thats great that you've started some exercise. Thats somthing I finally started doing also and it really makes a tremendous difference. Keep up the great work! |

| Great Job!! 21 lbs is *fantastic*!! Exercise is *great*! I hope you add in some weight training. You can tell the difference within weeks. Although, like, I'm pretty sure you already see a difference every week with losses like that!
