years old, somewhere between 5'9 and 6' i weigh 280 pounds. It sounds like a lot of weight, and it is, but my friends who are into weight training thing that based on my size and my height that i am more muscle than i think,they thought that i was between 190 and 230 pounds....how wrong they were, but i dont know, only time will tell me that. Anyways thats my intro and question, i am hoping this diet...er should i say life change not a temporary diet, will help me. also, i was browsing through here and i came upon brooks signature.
